Awesome Support from the Team!! I had to send back a defective pole saw. I interacted with a customer service rep named Matt. He was incredibly helpful and genuinely cared. He arranged for the saw to be picked up and my cash to be returned. He kept me updated all the time and always got back to my emails. I’d definitely suggest this company and wouldn’t think twice about using them again.

I got myself a diesel generator from these folks, and let me tell ya, the whole process was smooth and easy.

I purchased a whacker that arrived with an oil leak before I even had a chance to try it out. I filed a complaint and waited a whole week for someone to show up, only to be told they couldn’t take it back because it wasn’t in its original packaging. Honestly, trying to get a whacker out of a box without messing up the packaging is just not doable. While I was waiting for this issue to be sorted, I ended up spending money on renting a whacker, all because I thought I could trust this company by buying a new one. I'm really let down and would recommend steering clear of this company.

This is truly the top-notch service during the pandemic. There’s no silly excuse about issues being due to covid19. Deliveries come super fast. They work with reliable couriers. I wholeheartedly endorse this company. I've tried other services, and there was always some hassle. Customer support gets back to you right away. I’d recommend them again without a doubt. Unbelievable customer support! The first compressor I got was really messed up because of shoddy strapping during shipping. Machine Direct wouldn’t send a replacement until they picked up the broken one! I’ve had to tie down the damaged compressor with my ratchet strap, and they won’t take it back even after I’ve asked three times! The new compressor showed up, and just six hours in, the exhaust bolts broke, the engine wasn’t secured properly which caused it to move around and the belt to wear out. Plus, the decompression valve is leaking air and there’s an air pipe that’s not tight! This thing is not fit for what I need, so I’ll have to rent one until this compressor gets fixed.

I bought my Hyundai lawnmower in the afternoon and it arrived the next morning, all set up and ready to go. It did a fantastic job on the lawn—what a great piece of equipment! Plus, the delivery and customer service were top-notch. Kudos and thanks!

I purchased an electric start mower for my mother-in-law for Christmas since she was having a tough time starting her old one at 65. She didn’t get to use it until around March because of the weather. After the first use, the self-propelled lever stopped working because the belt had slipped due to a manufacturing defect. When we reached out to Machine Direct, they sent us a new belt and an upgraded kit three weeks later, instructing us to install it ourselves. Essentially, we were told to take the whole thing apart and put it back together. We declined that and asked for a refund since we noticed many other mowers had the same problem. Unfortunately, we were informed that a refund wasn’t an option because it was past the 30-day mark. Now, three months later, we’ve been shuffled around and are still trying to get our money back through another route. This is not what you expect after buying a brand-new product.

Fantastic fast service! Even though there was a delivery hiccup caused by TNT, they were super quick to reply to emails and really helpful in getting it sorted. The mower was easy to put together and fired up on the first try. It looks awesome!

I’ve got no issues with the product I purchased, but trying to reach their office is a real hassle. I called three times and waited for ten minutes each time before giving up. I guess I’ll give it another shot. The after-sales service is lacking and pretty annoying.

I’m just curious if they even have any staff in the office.

Awesome communication all the way, which is a bit rare these days. They really put in the effort and got our product to us sooner than expected, especially since we didn’t check all the details on the website. The Belle whacker plate looks fantastic and was way cheaper than what other companies were offering for the same item. I’d totally use them again, thanks a bunch!

The delivery came in just a few business days after I placed my order. Initially, the Hyundai chipper was a bit tricky to get going, but once I sorted that out, it starts up fine. It does a decent job chipping, but man, it’s a bit of a workout and pretty loud. I was in the market for a chipper, and this one seems to be a solid pick. Once it’s on its wheels, moving it around is a breeze.
